For the occupied house:

Janet will typically come with your agent before listing or when the decision of staging has been considered. At that time, she will walk with you room by room. Janet will advise you how to make your rooms appear larger, attractive, more impersonal, and suitable to a variety of buyers. She will give you a written report at the end of the meeting.

For the vacant house:

Vacant houses can be staged in several ways. The small staging will have a few well -placed items in the entry, kitchen and bathrooms. From there furniture can be brought in. The owner and agent can decide how many rooms need to be furnished. The complete staging entails a completely furnished house. The furnishings will compliment each room, making the room look engaging.
